But first, coffee.
And a moment of gratitude.

Managing food allergies isn’t for the faint of heart. Find your people.

Friends, food allergies are no joke. For most folks who manage them, or who love someone who does, it’s a lifestyle—and lifetime—of making informed, smart, safe choices. It begins with how each of us values our time and with whom we choose to spend it.

At Kettle, one of our core values is community, and we care an awful lot about finding it and growing it. We have a practice of Friendship Fridays where we dedicate that morning each week to talking, listening and learning from each other over coffee, preferably iced, but really any beverage of choice works. The point is, we need both power and connection to keep us all going.

A big thank you and bottoms up to these amazing women—and our favorite coffee shops—who keep us caffeinated and in good company. We couldn’t do what we do without you.

If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.

— An African Proverb of unclear origin

Making a cup of coffee for someone “the way they take it” is the simplest example of inclusion—we don’t think twice about delivering it exactly as they’ve asked for it! It’s the same with food allergies: all it takes is a willingness to learn how to get it right. We’re here to help you do just that.

Get in touch, it’s easier than you think.
